Receptionist was pleasant and professional. Experience with Elizabeth was terrible. She came highly recommended by the Cypress Cove community and I was hopeful she would be able to help me update an estate plan at the request of my grandparents. I was seeking advice and met with a threatening tone, unprofessional and demeaning email response in return. She did not call me to personally inquire about my situation, nor did she acknowledge my willingness to pay for her advice even if she was unable to help me. I will be looking elsewhere for a more caring and professional attorney to help my elderly grandparents.

We first signed up with Elizabeth Bentley April 2nd. She had Letters of Administration delivered to us April 22. Then she proceeded to jump through hoops providing documents to the Florida Title company and recording necessary documents in public record, fulfilling short notice requests from the title company. We closed on the sale of Dad's Florida property Friday May 21st. Each time we emailed Elizabeth Bentley with a question, she or her assistant Debbie always got back to us with a easy to understand reply within a few hours. Elizabeth Bentley is a TEN PLUS
