I thought I was the only one that had a bad experience. I called this place which the person that answered seemed very sweet and polite. Then I was transferred to speak to another guy Lord, when I say that guy was very unprofessional and rude. He was extremely rude. I felt attacked and mind you English is my second language, so was a bit hard. I don’t see how they have him working with people that are seeking help especially when I will be paying. It’s not like I’m asking for free help. Responding to the comments on this review, I would rather have a dog help me before asking you guys for help. I was not rude to the guy. He was rude to me and this is the reason why you guys have all this bad reviews.

This is the type of lawyer that shouldn’t have a license - crooked, scandalous, and sleazy. We paid $5000 for this firm to handle a divorce. One month later they sent us another bill for $3000, saying that the $5000 retainer was spent. THEY HADN’T EVEN FILED THE PAPERWORK. When we paid them the $3000, then sent us another bill the next month, AND THE CASE STILL HADN’T EVEN BEEN FILED! When we switched lawyers, they sent a bill for $900 saying we still owed them. They tried to charge $500 for an email WE wrote terminating our relationship with them. This firm is criminal - DO NOT do business with them if your life depends on it. We are filing a complaint with the Minnesota Bar Association.

I hired them. I don't think they know anything about parental alienation, or even believe it to be real. Though they have it listed on their website. They show up when searching for parental alienation lawyer on Google in Minnesota. I only felt more desperate after hiring them, and felt like I was not only not listened to, but I was critisized for bring up parental alienation to the lawyer, and he shot down my claims immediately. What a horrible experience and waste of time and money. Don't hire them. Unfortunately we have a lawfirm here that chooses to deflect from their horrible service by blaming the outcome solely on their client. How disgusting is that? Robert C was my attorney and he did an awesome job. He handled things professionally and he great communication. He was persistent in getting a good result.

Anything I type will not be good enough for this Team. Brian, Erin and Amanda were invaluable to me. They were always extremely responsive, kind and fair. They took the emotion/stress out of my hands which saved me. Cannot recommend them any higher. Thank you.
