I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with the services provided by attorney Goodwin. I believe they did a disservice to my mother in handling her estate planning. In my experience, the attorney’s approach led to unnecessary confusion and family conflict that could have been avoided with clearer guidance and more thoughtful planning. For example, instead of providing a straightforward distribution of assets, the way the will was structured created more ambiguity and tension among family members. Honestly, I feel that a basic will and estate planning software from an office supply store could have done a better job. Overall, if you are seeking an estate attorney, I would look elsewhere.
