Worst experience ever. I've give zero stars if i could. Simply tried to get my 82 year old grandmother's Last Will & Testament re written due to personal family issues, paid $100 for a consultation (understandable) only to try to explain to Ms.Kelly Jackson, on the phone, not in person... what was going on, giving her some personal insights, just so she could understand the situation (once again, we had just paid $100 to only talk on the phone) so I figured she would need to know some details. After I explained the situation, she replied "Umm, ok, you didn't need to tell me all that, and if you decide, or don't decide to hire me, it won't hurt my feelings at all." ...umm, ok, whatever...well, I decided to still hire her and paid her $750 cash.
