I called and spoke to his paralegal who was very friendly on the phone and pointed me in the right direction. I made an appointment with Patrick and he was very professional and caring. I never felt like I was just one of his clients but a real person going through a real event in my life that mattered to him as well. I believe that the office is closed for COVID-19 safety and they are conducting all their business telephonically or video-call. Regardless, the staff I spoke with, were incredibly kind and understanding and Mr. Kelley was forthright, seemed knowledgeable (I don't have experience to gauge for certain) and generous.
