I received a call back from this lawfirm from Jordan the phone rep who I thought was an AI ROBOT bec she kept speaking and gave no human interaction or kind expression. She assumed with her own ears I said something I did not which was “if you’re uncomfortable sending us documents then you can just wait for an email”. I asked her I’m sorry where did you hear that I was uncomfortable with sending doc? I was mid sentence explaining I will be using a scanner to send docs to them and she just heard whatever she wanted and dominated the entire conversation and allowed for no personable communication to take place. I am a business owner so I appreciate good help and honor attorneys hard work. This woman Jordan hung up on me mid sentence and treats people like they are of no substance or value. S

Misrepresented me, avoided communication, never called me once, never did any service. Avoid these people as they avoid you.
