Keith Weidman

Do not use for real estate, I almost lost the house I was purchasing b/c of Keith Weidman. He was rude, and acted as if he was better than us. It was a simple transaction, but he almost screwed it up. I complained b/c I felt he violated some attorney ethics and I was given a new attorney, who made the closing quick, clean and honest. I will give him credit for not playing any games when we requested a new attorney. Maybe I caught him at a bad time in his life, but I was not happy with his service regarding a real estate purchase.

Mr. Weidman is a competent and experience attorney who provided a good perspective on situation that I was in. He was articulate, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Mr. Weidman has assisted our family on several issues all with outstanding results. Mr. Weidman is very sincere and honest. He will not make a promise he cannot keep. Therefore, he delivers what he has committed to his clients. We are thankful for his services.

I remember Keith starting a hockey team and I remember him letting me know his appreciation that I showed up to his sisters funeral My very best friend in the whole wide world. . I will never forget Ruth or the people that laughed at her hair @ the wake. Regarding her hair. May the rest in peace it was just as big joke to them. My wife and I arranged for a babysitter for our kids and took time off of work to meet at Mr. Weidman's house for estate planning. He wanted explicit details of every account we own with balances, etc. rather than drafting a will, at least to start, that any of our accounts pass to a living spouse/children. This requirement wasn't mentioned beforehand. These types of things change constantly and wills are drafted with this in mind. We asked if we can at least move forward for now since we took a lot of trouble to see him and he would not budge or offer any help. We could have at least started with Power of Attorney or a Health care proxy, but he was being very difficult. Ultimately we cut our losses and left.
