I am deeply frustrated with the lack of action and follow-through from Keene Law. I was assured that there was a clear plan in place for my case, and I trusted Teresa to execute it effectively. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Despite the promises made, no meaningful action was taken on my case. I was repeatedly told that things were moving forward, but in reality, nothing was being done. My case remained stagnant for far too long. Hiring Teresa caused more harm than help in my life. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of progress. If you're looking for an attorney who will actually follow through on their word, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The law firm failed to appropriately set or communicate a consultation, resulting in one missed appointment. Rather than realize that someone contacting a family lawyer must obviously have some serious things going on, the lawyer Teresa herself simply brushed me off and bid me “good luck” because we “don’t seem to be a good fit”. Attempting to establish a consultation for my custody issue, the paralegal offered some times for an appointment. I confirmed my availability of an appointment on the Friday of a Holiday weekend, and did not receive a response email until 8 minutes (yes, 8 minutes) before the mentioned appointment, confirming our slot.
