When I bought my property in January THIS YEAR, everything was as smooth as butter and only took about two weeks. When selling my property, Joe Milleson was totally complacent throughout the process, Poor communication, unorganized, and did not do his job. Never once sent me an email with any information.The numbers on the contract did not meet numbers discussed, and he decided to cancel ON THE DAY OF CLOSING. Very unprofessional. Name should be dropped from the firm.

I have used Keaton, Frazier & Milleson for 3 Real Estate Closings, and other matters. They have consistently been prompt, offered excellent guidance, and are down to earth folks. Their guidance saved me several thousand dollars of tax during the last RE closing.
