When my dad had dementia and we had an emergency with his bank not accepting the POA paperwork, she took a long time to respond and was quite rude. Her front desk was rude as well. It took a lot for us to get anything done and in the end we had to get another attorney.

Katherine is worth every penny. She is well known in the elder law community and drilled down to a problem I wasn't even aware of. Not scary, fun to talk to, and can sum up a challenge and it's solution in easy to understand language. I was looking at the wrong concern/problem dealing with wills. She pointed out the real short coming and gave me some ideas on how to deal with it easily, cheaply, and quickly. Highly recommended!

They have no time for you and they are more than happy to tell you all about it. Death is a difficult time and they were rude and disrespectful. They didn’t want my business and I went somewhere else
