I revised this review to convey a message about the ethical responsibility of lawyers. My wife and I consulted this lawyer regarding rights breaches in workplace, supported by clear documentation of state and handbook violations, which appeared straightforward. The lawyer reviewed the case but declined to take it, stating she only accepts cases likely to go to trial, as a smaller company like this one would likely settle. I am here to tell you it did “settle”, and gross injustice of people rights trampled due to age. This experience left us disenchanted.
