My experience with this firm was the most stressful period in my life. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Since my injury in April 2025, I communicated with an attorney one time. I called several times to speak with an actual attorney. Each time I was informed the attorneys were in a meeting, court, or god knows where. I’m aware attorneys are busy with other clients, but to completely ignore my requests to speak about my case was very frustrating. When my case was finally heard in court, I was not provided any information by the firm. I was given a number by someone in the office and instructed to wait for the magistrate to call me.
