I done have a case with them for 5 years now still waiting on a call back from Brain what seen like he never in the office or on vacation all the time the office people there not bo real help just like a robot I will have him give u a call n 3 more months go by with no call no change starting to feel like ya taken people money n going on trips n leaving clients wondering wat going on do not ever go to them for a case n its suck .bs my case is still going on with no answering
