I would not recommend the Karp Law Firm. They represented me in a probate case after my father’s passing, and the experience was very disappointing. The firm made a few mistakes during the process, which ultimately cost me both time and money. What was most upsetting, however, was the way I was treated when I asked questions or tried to understand what was going on. Instead of showing professionalism or empathy, the staff often spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. At one point, they even told me they are a “high-volume office” and that mistakes happen — which did not inspire confidence.
