This attorney should be banned from the bar and lose her license to practice in Collier county, She encourages her clients to make False Accusations with no proof or evidence. She knows about her clients repeatedly violating court orders. She doesn't have the best interest of minor children. She will do anything to keep a loving Father away from their children. She has no conscience and is just another spineless jellyfish money hungry attorney.

Had DCF show up at my door. My daughter was put in temporary custody of the grandparents at a shelter hearing. Hired Karen Beavins. Took DCF to trial and won full rights back to my daughter without doing a single safety plan or case plan for DCF. Yes you read that correctly I won a trial against DCF with Karen. She’s has tons of experience and is straightforward and honest. Have used her for both children and using her again. İ would not go with ANYONE else for any family law situation.

This women is a terrible attorney, I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. Doesn’t care about her clients. Money hungry and goes against her clients. I pray her license gets revoked because this is not the industry she should be in very rude and not caring at all.
