I was looking for a divorce attorney in May 2018. I was referred to Matt Kappel by my supervisor after speaking with two other attorneys. I was immediately impressed with him on my first visit. During the two years that he has counselled me, I found him to be very knowledgeable, very reliable, personable and will go above and beyond to represent his client. It is also a plus that he is bilingual. My divorce was final about 2 weeks ago. A divorce is a scary time for anyone but I could always depend on Matt. Mr. Kappel became my divorce lawyer in 2008. He is very straight forward with your case. Will tell you how he feels it could go but ultimately (in my case) judge has final say. I was a single mom of one with one on the way. He took me on knowing he wouldn’t be making any money from me. He never treated my case any different then his others. Even after my divorce became final he helped me figure out things that came up unexpectedly from it. He is a dedicated person to his job! You couldn’t go wrong hiring him to be your lawyer!
