I used their firm twice for Commercial Lease contract review, first time I was happy with the help. Second time I wasn't. Raised my concerns with them, and they dismissed, deflected, and diminished each point I raised. I felt as if my concerns regarding our strict timeline discussed, communication, and quality of work were relevant / accurate. They did not care and thus I'm writing this honest review. I won't be working with them again, which is unfortunate as I really hate looking for new lawyers. However, I do not work with folks that dismiss, deflect, and diminish issues I raise which I think are important and relevant.

Mark Wigder is the most capable, experienced and easiest to work-with securities attorney in DFW. Nothing gets by him because he has the patients and years required to do the most complicated M&A transactions. In almost 25 years working together we have never had a disagreement, and he never makes me feel like I am not worthy to be at the table like some I have had to work with. The only persons left standing recently after 60 hours straight were myself and Mark. Thanks Mark!

I hired them to help with a fence issue on my property. First, I was mislead by Steve. He kept telling me that the neighbor had to move the fence because he built it on my property and not on the boundary line. So I hired him. What he forgot to share was the process and what might happen at the end…more money. Second, it took him over a month and he was not understanding the information I shared with him. I was mislead by Steve and not happy with his service. I highly recommend not to use Kaplan & Cruz, PLLC.
