If I could give zero stars, I would. This firm, specifically Allen Kaplan and David Bookbinder, were absolutely disgraceful in the way they treated my mother during the process of selling her house. Instead of providing support and professionalism, they were dismissive, rude, and downright insulting. When my mother asked for something as basic as a letter to be drafted, Allen flat out told her to her face, “I’m not doing that.” Can you imagine paying a law firm to represent you, only to be told your request is beneath them? Allen also flat out stated to mine and my mother’s face, “I don’t care how this goes, I get paid regardless.” David was no better. He wrote a email to the title company that our situation was a “waste of his time”. Both men treated her as if she were wasting their prec

I used David for a real estate closing and he was excellent. He and his team communicate effectively, are available for questions, and provide very personalized service.
