I had reached out for expungement help a couple of years ago. I was quite disappointed in the first attorney because she basically told me she was working on my case but then nearly a year later I asked what was happening in my case and she had left the company. After a few months I was contacted by Nick Velo, and have been extremely pleased with his assistance. He was always professional and helpful and responded to my emails in less than a day. He secured my expungements and helped me receive waiver for fees. I could not be happier. And despite the rough start and disappointment, Nick has really stepped up and made good on everything I had hoped for.

It has now been two weeks since I drove an hour and a half to sign paperwork and Nick still has not filed it. Belittled me the whole time I sat in the office because there's just "soo many cases" and then proceeds to never file them so I can get my cases expunged.

If you’re court appointed attorneys from here for criminal, good luck, they work WITH Lyon Co and NOT for their clients! This actually goes for most appointed attorneys in town, for the exception of a couple. This location has very poor communication from attorneys, aside for the exception of Attorney Dorsey, he’s a great communicator and attorney! The receptionist(s) seem to be put out answering the phone, when they actually do. Beware when documents or statements leave their office to anyone, they don’t cover social security numbers, or other personal identifying information, especially on witness statements. They deserve a negative score, not stars!

have called multiple times to have updated on my brothers case and no call back been 3 weeks waiting for any time of information, IF YOU GOT A LOVED ONE IN TROUBLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE HELPLESS!

Save your time & go else where. Ty will make decisions for you that were NEVER ran by you, that ultimately affect your life. You’ll then have to spend money elsewhere to FIX what never should have been done in the first place. Would rather compare divorces to HIS life, than looking at them for what they are. Save your mental health & avoid using Ty Wheeler at all costs.
