Patrick Carollo was the closing attorney, and he was on time (actually, ready a bit early), completely prepared, and talked me through each document easily and efficiently, in a very easy, relaxed atmosphere. He was patient and kind throughout the process, quick to respond and resolve issues, and his fees were reasonable compared to others I considered. One important note, at the last minute I had a problem with my out-of-state bank wiring funds for closing. Patrick intervened and eliminated the drama in time to keep everything on schedule.
