I am still waiting on the full refund of the retainer I paid to Kamb and Kamb over a month ago. I was told they put my money into their general fund and that my retainer was already spent by the time I requested the refund. Attorneys are supposed to put retainer funds into a separate trust account when they receive retainer money from a client and enter into a retainer agreement with them. I was told they didn't do this because I rushed them... however, that is nothing more than excuse for a bad business practice. I was also told it was against their office policy to refund legal fees. This is a horrible policy and one I was unaware of or I would have never used them in the first place.

John helped me get thru a very difficult divorce and even though we had our differences he did a good job at communicating with me and tried his best to respect my wishes and the demands of the opposing party.
