I got caught up in a fraudulent case this company and a company called Tiago title it’s one in the same company they’re trying to make me sell my inheritance share for $2500 on a $210,000 property, they also filed fraudulent papers to the Florida courts to try to scam me out of my share, served me fake papers claiming that they represented Wells Fargo with many spelling errors. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND PLEASE RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!! YALL CAN DELETE THIS REVIEW BUT I WILL BE DOING ANOTHER ONE EVERY WEEK

If you're buying a home and see that Kahane and Associates, is the title company.. RUN. They do NOT care about you. They will procrastinate at every given moment. They will NOT show up for closing, they are rude, and just down right horrible. My husband and I closed on a house.. No keys. They will not confirm that they received funds two weeks ago. They have hung up on us when we call, they won't answer direct questions and instead skirt around the question, assuming they're in a good mood. I'm done. This is insanity. They can't even make their own closing deadline??? What in the world is with this??? Sickening. Absolutely sickening.

This place sent a man to harass me (screaming through my window while I was on a work meeting) and serve me papers at my home for someone who doesn’t even live here. They keep sending mail to my house. I have contacted them to let them know that person does not live here. No response. I reached out to the person they are trying to reach and that person said that they have tried calling and emailing this place and they do not respond. Please stop sending things to my house. This place is horrible.

This company did absolutely nothing for me and made me lose collecting 9k from someone because they wasted so much time, now they are billing me for doing nothing

Very Deceptive practices, the firm overcharges, and over bills for RE closings... Check out their rating on BBB the have a well deserved F, they will not give you their licence #, I am filing the complaint with Florida BAR
