Terrible shipping experience. Ordered a workbench from Home Depot with white glove/room of choice delivery as it was going into an interior workshop. The two subcontracted delivery personnel refused to bring it into the home. Spoke with the JW Ops Manager personally who admitted they could have completed the delivery "if they had four people." I agree, they could have. Actually sending four people to do what I paid for was apparently too much. Check out that "white glove" delivery service in the photos.

Julian from JW Logistics delivered my grill this morning! He was very friendly - he could have left the delivery out front, but the box was heavy so he knocked. He gladly assisted me by using his dolly to roll the box through my back gate. I appreciate his extra effort - I see by the other reviews I am not the only one pleased with his service! Julian from JW Logistics delivered in tack a large purchase we made. There were 6 items, some heavy. He unloaded and moved them into our backyard with his dolly. He was friendly and very accommodating. He made sure all the pieces were here and in good condition! Very stress free experience

Julian delivered a package we ordered form Home Depot. He was amazing! It was a very heavy package over 250 lb he knocked on the door waited for us to come and then move the package into the garage for me since my husband wasn't home. Thank you!
