Nice people. I didn’t expect to have to decline further service after it took them a very long time to make an offer to refund my money. After waiting 4 months I requested a refund because they told me they could handle my cases that I describe to them. However, I didn’t feel like the communication effort was intact as it should have and a I started feeling like they where no longer interested in dealing with the troubles I experienced and presented to them. They made me feel duped into relinquishing my case data just so they could get the information for some other purposes other than legally pursuing my remedies.
