I just had occasion to speak with Mr. Miller. Not only was he prompt in responding to my voicemail, he did so WELL after-hours. For a mere consultation, no less. His knowledge of the matter I was asking about was excellent, and I'm now prepared to take the next steps I need with a reasonable understanding of "what comes next". Highly professional for my consult, I'm particularly glad I gave him a call.

Worked with this guy during a custody hearing and he pretty much did the minimal amount of work until I would reach out to him and ask questions and then once I would have more knowledge to come to him with he would get attitudes about me trying to learn what was going on and what I needed to do to be treated fair. Throughout the entire process it was hardly any communication from him and for what I presented him no way judgement shouldn't have been different which I feel he did not care at all about what me or my case really. He was unprofessional at times and did not like that I talked with other people then went to him with what I learned. Make this guy your last option fellas if you fighting for custody.

I am 100% Disabled Vet and called to ask Mr. Miller a legal question- He proceeded to raise his voice to me and refused to speak to me about the situation I was calling about- He was extremely rude and unprofessional- Told me the issue I was calling about was “unethical “- I wasn’t aware of the legal process regarding this particular issue-seeing I am not an attorney and thought he could possibly help me & guide me in the right direction! Terrible experience!!

Justin is an excellent attorney i highly recommend him He is very aggressive and will fight for what you want...He is a straight and honest attorney! I will use him again for any legal issues concerning family law he also cares about his clients and their situation very open and honest concerning all matters!
