Received a call from this company from a young lady holding herself out to be a representative of the company. She asked to speak to me and began to tell me I was an attending physician who worked on a patient I never heard of seeking an “auto report”. I informed her she didn’t sound legitimate and asked to speak to a supervisor. With no luck. Called back spoke to another young lady stating her name is Christina and she asked around and doesn’t know who could have contacted me. Your office is highly unprofessional and almost sounds illegitimate.

I realized that the people who works here doesn't care about the person thats in pain or going through this, just so you can save the insurance company money. The doctor didn't even watch as he told me what to do all these things. .I understand Louis hob is to make sure the the insurance company dont do their part but what about the ones like me thats been suffering and and stopped me from having therapy because you guys trying to save a buck and stay in your fancy homes and cars.

According to the independent medical examiner's office they make your appointments but never contact the examiner's office so you end up just waiting all day.
