Not only is the Attorney Judi, extremely rude, Getting them on the phone is like throwing a rock at the wall and hoping it sticks to the wall. I know what a good title company is and I’ll tell you this is not one

If I could give ZERO stars ⭐️ I would first of all. Seller of a business transaction picked this firm to be escrow agent for the deal. My bank that was doing the loan to buy the business refused to deal with this firm and I thought it was odd but now understand. The deal fell through due to sellers breach of contract and this firm was given the terminated. This firm refuses to use technology apparently and has to physically go to the bank to send wires. Seeing as how it was in their area I was trying to help them out and told them just to write a check and I would pick it up. They refused saying they were too busy. Not sure how one can be too busy to write a check as it takes less than a minute. They would call when the check would be ready though. So because now it’s inconvenient

We used Judit Karpati for assistance with an issue with renters. She was above excellent: she was immediately responsive, she communicated very clearly, she kept us apprised of each step of the way, and in the end we had the outcome that we wished. She did everything that she promised to do, and she did it politely and on time. Couldn’t ask for more from a lawyer. Her price was reasonable as well. We highly recommend her.
