Joseph Proietta handled our probate case in a disappointing and unprofessional manner. After taking a $2,500 retainer, he was slow to schedule a court date, vague in his communication, and unhelpful throughout the process. When pressed to complete the probate, he quit abruptly and refused to return any portion of the retainer. This left us without representation and out a significant sum of money. I strongly recommend seeking counsel elsewhere.

In District Court yesterday I put Mr. Proietta under oath and asked him if he had ever visited the elderly gentleman who he is guardian of. He sheepishly answered "No" not once in his 8 months guadianship. Neglect? I will not answer. A lack of simple human decency and compassion, obviously yes. As a friend I am unable to visit and as his guardian Joseph is unwilling.

Both Joe and Gwen are the very best at what they do. I could not ask for better service or advice. I have the same trust in Proietta Law as my father did!
