Joe represented a buyer of my team who was unsure of the buying process and had difficulty with understanding contract terms in English. Joe stepped in and created an environment of ease and patience. We closed ahead of schedule and with communication with all parties was above par. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Joseph Cubero, and I deeply regret it. His misrepresentation ultimately cost me my business plus paying him $8,700. When I initially expressed concerns about the cost of litigation, he brushed it off, suggesting that if i cant afford it, I simply return everything to the business and act like nothing had happened. This advice was both unrealistic and irresponsible. Throughout the entire process, Joseph dragged the issue out for four weeks, offering no meaningful solutions or mediation. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, often belittling me and treating me like one of his children. No lo recomiendo si tuviera la obcion de darle un sero lo aria me enfoco en el abogado cubero una persona con una sicologia malisima unas respuestas sin sentido pareciera que quisa fue militar en alguna etapa de su vida cuando abla uff lo ase sentir a uno poca cosa y si uno supiera las leyes creo no necesitaria de un consejo de un abogado si uno busca ayuda es para que le ayuden no lo recomiendo
