Joplin Prosecuting Attorney

My son has 4 domestic charges and they just keep him a couple days and let him out. No repercussions at all not even court cost. He will end up hurting himself or someone else if they don't do something.

Someone breaks into my home and kidnaps my 3yr old son and assault my girlfriend but the prosecutor said it "didn't meet criteria" for him to file charges. The police report says she admitted to kicking down our door and hitting her to get my baby but apparently it's not a big deal if a white person is the one doing assaulting. I guarantee if the roles were refused and a Hispanic had stolen a child people would be demanding for my girlfriend to be deported even though she has papers.

Does anybody really find total comfort in the word prosecutor? But my dealings thus far, with this county office, has been friendly over the phone, fair in my dealings with them, they immediately answer my questions . All law offices are doing a job of protecting , defending, figuring out, trying to resolve and fix....a whole countys troubles. For the most part, it and in my past ive been in trouble or neeeded help and. They never did anything i didnt have coming. Gotta have them. I personally want to thank them for allllll the work they do .

You are an incomplete and faulty justice system for which the incompetence is over exceeded by a lack of intelligent employees...(ie. Officers and yourself)

Rude, unprofessional, and criminally violates the rights of numerous citizens.
