(I am just leaving a review in terms of funds disbursement not using JWL personally.) I am an agent & seller of a property. They were in charge of the buyer’s side of closing. We were trying to get our proceeds disbursed since the buyer’s side handles that. Normally we can send in wiring instructions with a copy of a voided check & a copy of our ID (which our seller side company sends in on our behalf). This company forces you to go through 2 different software programs to verify your banking information & your identity. I was asking if any exception could be made because I had been out at appointments all day but wanted to meet the deadline for disbursing. No accommodations were made & one if the staff had the audacity to say “you agreed & signed the consent form”. Mind you, that

We had a transaction for a house closing that involved a buyer and seller that both lived out of state and in different time zones to boot! Just that alone causes extra efforts to happen on all sides. On the last day, even though paperwork came in by FedEx late in the day, Paralegal Lisa Mann pulled everything together as quickly as she could to get the closing completed and monies distributed the same day. She kept all of us updated by sending out several emails throughout that last day so we knew where she was in the process. Lisa certainly didn't have to do all of the extras, but she knew it was important to us. Lisa you're a Rock Star! Thank you!
