Let me start by saying 1 star is too generous! The incompetence, lack of communication, & unprofessionalism this so called” law firm” has displayed is deplorable. You’re not going to find out about pertinent information unless you call or email them, then if you do get a chance to speak with someone they act like you are bothering them and rush you off the phone. It’s bad when the people at the magistrate office see the name of your lawyer and start shaking their heads and making negative comments about the work they do. They don’t turn in work to meet deadlines accordingly, you never get an answer to a question. ChatGPT could do a better job. Was not even sure a court hearing could be this unprofessional until I met Andrew Jones lll and his father Andrew Jones Jr. I hired Andrew Jones lll who is the son to represent me in a court hearing on March 24th I signed a contract with him to represent me on this date and his name was specifically on the contract I signed. I already felt apprehensive because anytime I would call the office nobody would answer the phone, I would leave a voicemail and no one would call back, and when i would send emails they were never returned promptly I would usually receive a response somewhere in the vicinity of 48 hours later. On the day of my court date Andrew Jones lll the son showed up with his father who I had never even spoke with and had no idea would be present at my court hearing. Andrew Jones

Unprofessional, couldn’t answer any of my questions about tenant/landlord dispute despite saying he’s been handling it for 12 years…. If I could have him 0 stars I would have. He didn’t even have a computer at his desk…. He’ll take your consultation fee, give no advice and not feel bad about it at all. A total joke.
