My wife and I just completed the process of starting a Family Trust at Joiner Law Firm. To say we possessed no expertise on Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney would be a gross understatement. Great experience. We needed info on wills and trusts, and the attorney, Elizabeth, explained things to us in terms that you don't have to be a lawyer to understand. We opted for a trust since it seemed to be the most sensible choice for us. The team at the firm helped us with figuring out how to gather the info we needed to supply, then with decisions we had to make. Working with a solid, competent attorney made the process smooth.
