This circus is definitely not the place to go for an attorney especially if it’s Darren Pekny! If you’re looking to get a pair of big floppy shoes or a big red nose this is your place to go! He continually stated wrong information because he was too lazy to look through court documents. I watched him literally get proven wrong and lose arguments against a guy who doesn’t even have a law degree. If you want to waste your money this is your guy!

I was represented by Lisa Gonzalez from 2020-2024. Lisa stuck by me through many hurdles in my divorce/custody case as well as a protection order case. Lisa always fought for me and always showed up! Lisa provided great communication, prompt reply’s, and pure honesty when it came to what my options were through each hurdle! She got me the justice I greatly deserved!! I recommend her over and over again to anyone who may need representation! Also to add, Wendy is the most helpful receptionist, she’s friendly and always willing to help with questions and getting those last minute appointments scheduled! 5 stars for Johnson and Pekny Law Firm!

I have been very pleased with the service I’ve received from Darren Pekny. I had an old ticket that I never paid while I was crossing through Nebraska that required me to return to NE. Luckily in my case he was able to work his magic and I didn’t need to make the trip back. Couldn’t be happier.

Tony was very professional and informative. Jenny was a complete Customer Care person! And, hey, you can park without pay cuz Plattesmouth apparently has no meters.
