Unless you are a landlord trying to screw over your tenants, don't bother. Me and my son have been without air conditioning in the dead of summer for 2 months and they hung up on me twice.

I talked with Lukas snodgrass over the phone concerning a situation and it seemed as if we really had a case. Once I got to his office he just said you should have read the contract in which I stated I didn't sign. Also used a ton of harsh profanity to the point I almost just walked out. He would apologize knowing I was a Christian and go right back into cursing. I left as it seemed hopeless and I didn't have a case, but knew deep down that I was in fact the victim and it wasn't right. So I decided to go the battle alone which seemed like a bad idea. But ended up winning hands down in just a matter of days. Wow I was told by his office it would potentially take years! If this is your last resort just defend yourself and save the money!
