Worst law firm ever: - Wasteful billing: went through my entire retainer in less than week over internal admin, and charging $17.50 for a single text message from a paralegal asking if I completed a form I submitted 2 days earlier. You will be double or triple charged for them to do the same work multiple times. They did a two (2) page motion and it costed well over $5,000 for them to get it done. While they were preparing my motion, I laid out the facts of the case in a very detailed email. They got the facts wrong multiple times even though I wrote it down for them. and then they charged me for calling in and telling my attorney, the same thing that I wrote down in email. I reached out to their corporate office and asked about the double billing and why the same line item came up several times.
