I Called out of the blue to get some questions in regards to bankruptcy Not for me but for my daughter.. I got a return phone call from Matt. He spent over 16 minutes with me explaining options and looking up case laws to help answer my questions. I can’t thank Russell Gubler enough for going above and beyond. Russell helped us get a frivolous contractor lien taken off our property. He handled this seamlessly. Fast forward, Several months, and the property is under contract. The title company couldn’t discern whether a previous, unrelated lien, was still on the property. This lien was generated years earlier during the Bohmer scandal here in Vegas. I called Russell, not realizing it was the previous unscrupulous contractors lien, and he handled everything. He got directly on the phone, and contacted the title company, and then walked the title company representative through the paperwork. It turns out, it was a filing error on the part of the recorder.
