The quality of service at any law firm greatly depends on which lawyer is handling your particular matter. For years, the attorney handling my family members' estate has been caring and compassionate ~ far beyond what is the norm. I strongly recommend J,B & N.
Provided retainer and requested documents needed to open probate/estate. They had all information for approx 60 days and nothing was done with it. Left several emails and voice mails asking for a status update some were returned but most were not. Not one time during this process did I ever hear from the attorney. Finally asked for my retainer back which they did provide me. Calling another law office to start process over from scratch. Very frustrating experience.
Don't waste your time. Attorney they gave me to talk to couldn't complete a sentence, they don't assist elderly, and they sound like they don't have a clue!
