Doesn't have a signed contract for services. I contacted him asking if he had time to serve my other party within three days - he said yes. At the end of day 3 admitted to forgetting about it, complained about having to drive around in the traffic on a Friday night and having to sit and wait for the other party to come home. He made his three attempts between Friday night and Sat morning. Obviously missed the other party and said if felt bad about his having to sit and wait I could just pay him more. I absolutely did not. Very unprofessional.

John was prompt at answering my request and a reasonable fee to serve within 2 days! I couldn’t be more impressed! (Noted I had all the paperwork and handed it directly to John to serve.)

John was incredible. Very responsive, communicative, transparent, professional, friendly, and timely. I will absolutely use John for any other process service I need in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing service. Thank you again, John!
