Great attorney and a true professional. He will work hard and fight for your rights. I read through some of his reviews and tell that some reviews the people wanted results the next day. Legal issues take time. I also could tell that maybe some people probably called constantly instead of letting the person they hired and trusted Work on their case and the many others he probably has. He did amazing work for me and I was completely satisfied. He called me when he had a question or had information that I needed to know. I called him when he was hired and knew that I was in good hands and he would reach out when he needed something. Do yourself a favor and retain John and let him do what he does best. Win cases and brings justice.

I’m making this review on behalf of my husband. His experience with John Thigpen Jr. started off with the promise of quick results after spending months with another attorney who did nothing on his divorce case. John showed up for a temporary hearing a few months after my husband hired him and did a good job. And that was all he did. After that, my husband couldn’t reach him by phone. He had to call him repeatedly to get them to answer the phone. After pleading with him to help with his case because his ex wife wouldn’t mediate or settle, John reluctantly set up 2 final hearings that got cancelled by the opposing lawyer. A year and a half had already gone by since my husband had filed for divorce. When my husband tried to get him to file for a jury trial, he wouldn’t. His response was,

Failed and is failing to represent me. He has failed to show interest or fight for me. I've done everything asked but he seems to agree with the people I hired him to defend me against. I've been lied to and taken advantage of by this firm as well as the opposing party I hired him to go against instead he is listening to them and thier opinion verses mine. If you want to lose. I went to Mr. Thigpen when I decided to file for divorce. He will take your money, tell you not to worry about anything, communicate nothing, and do even less. You are just another dollar sign. Go see Crystal Ferrier in Glynn county. Well worth the extra money.

Good just wish there was a payment plan option. I'm a widow cancer survivor that needs my son as he is my only child and I don't want him in prison over charges sheriff department not being honest about. Mr. Thigpen would be an excellent attorney for him when I can get the money. Very knowledgeable and concerned about others especially children.
