I moved from New York and needed to transfer guardianship of my child to North Caroline. I'm not sure of what type of attorney this individual is. I have been in touch with him twice. The first time prior to COVID; he didn't deliver on what we discussed and of course we all got busy during that time and things were happening so fast I'm sure everyone had to make some adjustments. So then things eased up and here we are a year later and I decided to give him another chance as he talked a good game initially as if he would work with compassion and professionalism. Yet again, no results to even get the ball rolling. He has not so great communication. I don't feel as if he was up front with the fact that either he couldn't or didn't want to assist me with my family issue. I have tried to contact Mr. Paschal several times over a period of weeks both by email and by phone (leaving messages each time). The issue is to get a court order to release my deceased sister’s auto title (She passed away without a will in May of 2024). I do not believe that it should be complicated problem for an attorney in this field and who should have familiarity with such matters.
