I hired John September 6th to represent me on a couple of traffic tickets. The retainer was nine hundred dollars, which I paid that day. I was hoping to get the tickets reduced. The court date was november twenty first. I sent them the documents requested driving record copies of the ticket and I checked a week before the court date to inquire if I needed to be there and was told I did not. I am just now following up on this. As I have not heard from them during the holidays and when I try to contact them, no one is returning my phone calls or emails. Last week I called the courthouse to see what had happened, and the clerk there told me that I was a no show.What the hell is going on? Not good, not good at all. I have worked with John on and off for the past eight years and can say that there is not a more down to earth lawyer around. John is straight forward and will forward you on to a specialist if it's not his normal part of his practice. John is honest and I would recommend him highly.

Horrible! The service, if that is what you call it, was slow. His team jeopardized the buyers locked in interest rate. I am just glad that I did not have to actually pay him. Slow to respond or conduct follow up. Although I was not his actual client I had to follow up and provide documents so that the process could move forward. Failed to disclose all costs relating to closing, just took it upon himself to deduct them.
