He cussed me out in his office before I even said a word because he didnt have part of my discovery that he said he had and it took me 3 years to even get my discovery in the first place. He also lied to me to get me to sign a plea and did not stand up for me during sentencing. I put my full trust in him it being my first time getting in trouble and I was nervous and didn’t speak up for myself like I should have to him and he let me down. He told me “sometimes you have to plead guilty to things you didn’t do.” Disrespectful spiteful man. I hate saying that about anyone but I have proof of him cussing me out for no reason. Well, papers were ready for 5 months before they were actually signed and they werent what he had told me he had worked out for me. He said i would be doing 6mos to a year probation and some counseling with one felony to turn misdemeanor after i finished my probation and had told me this for monthsssss….then we get in the courtroom and it’s two felonies, and 1 1/2 probation with counseling….he lies to me period!!!!! When i called his office back, (because he had canceled court for the 4th month in a row with the so called deal he lied about ready to be signed) and asked to speak with him he gave me complete disrespect and even hung up on me.
