John O'Brien (Tax Attorney)

I have been coming with Mr. John E. O'Brien for more than ten years. He is such a good person and a sweet heart. He's always there for any questions that I have. I love his legal administrative assistant Mary Rodriguez who is always willing to help us with a smile on her face. They treat you like family which not a lot of businesses do.

Their office is disorganized, and I saw on the administrative assistant's desk W-2s with social security numbers visible to anyone. I went in August 2024 with a levy letter, and I was told that there would be no garnishment until February. I saved for nearly six months to make a large payment, but when I went to the office, he had zero information and had never contacted the IRS. Not only did he tell me the government only wanted $3,000, but that number was vastly incorrect. I have called over ten times for updates and never received a call back until I physically went into the office. He seems like a great attorney in his youth but is overwhelmed now and probably needs an actual legal assistant instead of someone who is not educated in paralegal work.

I had a consultation this morning with Attorney John E. O’Brien, and he is an experienced, talented attorney, who took the time to listen to all my concerns, and provided exceptional legal counsel. In my search for legal representation I found Mr. John E O’Brien to be dreadfully unreasonable promised phone calls never returned, a complete waist of time, look at his shack he calls an office indicative of how he operates, old man it is time to hang it up !

What can I say about Attorney John O'Brien--his good! I'd have to get in a lot of trouble to see how good he really is...lol !!!
