Atty Brum has facilitated 2 real estate transactions for us and I'll definitely use him again in the future. Easy to work with, and very nice. His team is attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us.

As a real estate agent in the city I have had several closings with Attorney Brum's Office. Each time things went smoothly and they handled the transaction professionally. I recommend them without hesitation.

Horrible. - I sent purchase & sales back at least 3 times, after discussing and emailing issues/changes on phone. Each time it was returned with no corrections. For more than a week. And not quickly. Never resolved. Handled by another person. - I was quoted one price by office manager. It was more than doubled a day before closing, before I reminded original estimate. -wrong information repeatedly. Deed information, attending closing or not. My only interactions with staff were ones where I needed to explain repeatedly the same information. Run, don’t walk. I’m not understanding why positive reviews. Completely negative experience. Poor, late with incorrect information.

I met Attorney Brum by way of an initiative with the City of Fall River, where the City of Fall River was looking for members of the business community to purchase sponsorships, helping the City to acquire a brand new series of city banners to improve the decoration of the City's main streets and avenues. Has had my money in escrow over a month and will not return phone calls in regards to releasing it. I have contacted the office several times and nothing has been done to release over $4000 of my own money that is due to me. Horrendous office and asinine staff.
