I called to set up a trust and the secretary asked me a lot of judgmental questions. The lawyer gets on the phone and asked why I need a trust. He laughed and said i was trying to hide from debts. He made assumptions and declined to help. They're very critical for no reason.

Please steer clear of this attorney!!! I called him to inquire about the Muller's Trust per my worker with Division of Aging and Disabilities! This is the man that the State has decided to use to set up this trust, for people who are chronically ill and who are in need the MOST for Long-Term Care! So, you would expect this individual to be compassionate, empathetic, patient, caring and helpful& pleasant! This attorney, is the COMPLETE opposite of that!!! The State needs to find another attorney to contract with, if you are a CURRENT State Worker on Long-Term Care, please DO NOT use this Attorney!
