Rude, and missing information. I often assist clients with complex tax related questions and estate tax return dealing with difficult questions and feelings. I do my best to always treat clients and inquiries with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, I find myself in the situation of recently losing my mother. I was referred to Mr. Rank by the fiduciary of my mothers estate as I had asked him a question and he said I should discuss it with Mr. Rank. Mr. Rank was very rude in his email correspondence and stated incorrect facts in regards to the trust. I just wanted a moment for his clarification of the legal wording of an item. I really don't understand why he would be so arrogant and rude to a vulnerable person asking for clarification.

I have used John Rank’s office for at least 4 legal transactions, ranging from administration of my parent’s trust, development of my personal trust and sale of property. Each transaction has been incredibly professional. The most important part of each transaction has been the communication from John’s office as I was always aware of the steps John was taking and his office always informed me of the steps I needed to take. If you are reading this review, you are already aware of the vagaries of the law and are trying to find an attorney who can guide you through them. I don’t give a top recommendation often but John Rank’s office is deserving.

Over the past two decades John has been there for our family and walked us through some of the most complex legal problems you can imagine.
