Very rude and does not reply to emails or return phone calls. Attorneys hide behind their paralegals. Claims have been filed with the Tennessee Bar Association for unethical practices.

Complaint filed against them with the Federal Trade Commission and another Federal Agency for violation of Fair Trade stuff…and tactics employed.
