We reached out for estate planning help and needed a little time to think things over. When we followed up to move forward with an updated request, communication remained extremely slow and inconsistent. When he finally responded, it seemed like he was answering our original inquiry rather than addressing our current questions. Billing was also confusing. He stated he “doesn’t do things for free,” but we had not received an updated invoice for the work we were requesting. The only invoice referenced appeared to be from an earlier conversation and we never received it at the time. On top of that, his tone was rude and condescending, and we felt talked down to. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend.

I have never been anywhere where a professional was so rude as Mr. Goots. I'm sorry he got any of our money. I don't recommend him. Not a very nice person. Not responsive. Very cocky very condescending was our experience. Live and learn. I should have read these reviews before hiring him in the first place as I see I'm not alone in my experience.

I had Mr. Goots represent me on a reckless driving ticket. He appeared for me in court, and made the ticket go away. Best money I ever spent to get me out of the “trick bag”! Thanks so much!

Most unresponsive do nothing lawyer ever. Was appointed as my court appointed lawyer. I was in jail for a misdemeanor failure to appear that carried a maximum penalty of ten days in jail. Court date was scheduled for 3 weeks after his appointment as my lawyer. He never called my fiance despite half a dozen messages left pleading for a call back. Mr Goot took it upon himself to request a continuance that I never asked for and was dead set against. New date was 4 weeks out. I repeatedly asked my fiance to contact Goots office to get a bond hearing. These requests were completely ignored. Finally the court date arrived after 7.5 weeks of incarceration. Mr. Goots never came to see me. I never even saw him until court and even then he never spoke a single syllable to me. He did have his sec
