Have used for several real estate dealings over the years, including complex co-op real estate. Very reliable, communication with relevant feedback excellent, follows up on issues, patient, explains legal aspects in a comprehensive manner. Would highly recommend.

Can not say enough about how good our Attorney, John C. Sullivan was before and during the final closing of our house. He made sure we did not put ourselves in a bad situation and gave us sound advice. His office contacted the homeowners attorney on matters related to the evaluations by the various inspectors and changes that needed to be taken care of before we dare even sign the contract. The communications were seamless between Sullivan, our Lenders office, Sun Mortgage, and our own realtor. Basically we never felt exposed or ignorant of anything and if you are looking for RE Attorney you will look no further once you have contacted these folks.

John Sullivan provided excellent legal support and guidance throughout the sale of our family home. He was efficient, personable, and reliable. We were also fortunate enough to have the legal counsel of Kevin Sullivan, his brother, through the execution of a will. Kevin demonstrated exceptional patience, professionalism, and understanding as we worked through difficulties that arose. The respect and care that he showed our family was remarkable and truly appreciated.

I posted a review last year 2018 summer and don't know how it was deleted We put our trust on John and his office to help us to a closing on a property that i purchased on 2017. They failed to do provide the service I payed them for by coming to the closing table and forgetting to oversee all the documents needed, c/o's, and closing with info from a totally different property than the one we were closing 0n. i called john last year when i found out the issues, all he did was say he was busy with closings that day,and seek legal help. Unreal. Very dissapointed

The man. Pulled together a mortgage foreclosure like a boss. Wouldn't have happened without him.
